GLUTEN FREE – THAI RED CURRY PASTE

 

Creates a Medium spicy Thai Red Curry,  made with red chilli, lemongrass and Thai basil. Can also be used to make a choo chee sauce. Our curry pastes are unique in the market as they include all the final seasonings to give you a well balanced dish, delicious dish every time. Great with chicken, beef, pork or prawns.

Quick cooking instructions for 1-2 servings: Add 1 sachet of paste to a pan on a medium heat, fry for 1 minute and add 200ml of coconut milk. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 mins add your preferred meat, seafood or vegetables and continue simmering until cooked.

 

Paste Ingredients:

Water, curry paste (garlic, dried red chilli (5%), lemongrass (5%), shallot, salt, galangal, shrimp paste (crustacean) (shrimp, salt), Kaffir lime peel, pepper) sugar, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), rapeseed oil, lemon juice concentrate, lime zest, Thai basil (0.7%), Kaffir lime leaf powder, black pepper.
